There was fun had by all at the most recent Owner Workshop held at Bernardi Audi on Tuesday, May 12, 2009!
The evening began with General Manager Bob Grelotti welcoming Bernardi’s guests and sharing the meaning of “Bernardi for Now, Bernardi for Life”. He continued with an explanation of the stations that were setup to provide information and answer questions on various automotive sales and service topics:
- Finance – the after-sale ownership benefits available.
- Sales – what the upcoming models are and details on the new Q7 Turbo Diesel Injected vehicle.
- Parts & Accessories – showing the many accessories available and explaining the benefits of the Bernardiparts.com web site.
- Technology – the features of Multi-Face Media Assistance with blue tooth, navigation and the Audi music interface.
- Mechanical Maintenance – for tires, batteries and recommended service
- Service & Reception – where they shown the ease of an appointment upon arrival at the dealership.
Audi Corporate Parts and Accessories Manager Reggie Clarke was on hand to answer parts concerns questions posed by attendees. He also demonstrated the proper way to measure the wear depth of a tire.
The evening finished up with several great raffle gifts - including Red Sox tickets for an upcoming game that were awarded to two lucky guests!
Everyone in attendance enjoyed a hot meal, courtesy of Big Fresh of Framingham. Big Fresh was also kind enough to donate 2 gift certificates and t-shirts to the raffle.
As a thank you for their attendance, all guests were given special “Bernardi Bucks” certificates to use towards any purchase at Bernardi Audi!
